WHICH RETURN POLICY IS VALID? HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
humour.noir® will return the purchase price of goods, which were ordered in online shopping and that will be returned in their original condition, but only if the goods are received together with the original invoice and the original humour.noir® packaging as well as the security return / replacement label is undamaged and has been affixed to the article.
You must inform humour.noir® within 14 days after the delivery date of your intention to return the goods order by email at email@example.com. You will receive a return label after reception of your returnable statement. Please return the goods within 14 days.
The return will be provided using the same payment method you used for the payment.
Worn, used, changed or damaged goods will not be accepted.
humour.noir® reserves the right, at its own discretion, to refuse to return any item that does not meet the return policy written above.

We will made our best to ensure immediate refund. Returns to humournoir.com will be processed within 14 days (i) after receiving the cancellation notification of the order; or (ii) after receipt of the returned goods order, depending on which condition is fulfilled later. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed and the corresponding amount has been credited to your account. Returns will be made only using the same payment method used for the payment.
