There are several ways to discover the humour.noir® products on our website. You can be inspired by our new products or immerse yourself in the entire humour.noir® world by selecting the shop.
If you are looking for a specific product, you can find it using name or article number in the searching field.
Once you have made your selection, click on "add to cart". If you want to complete your purchase, go to your shopping cart, which is located in the upper right corner of your screen and click on "checkout". Here you can complete your order process. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
If you have found your favourite product, you just have to put it in the cart and then go to the checkout. We ask you on the way there for your billing and delivery addresses and your desired payment method. You will receive an order confirmation from us after ordering.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will do our best to comply with your request. However, we can not guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or changed once an order has been placed.
If you have received your order and you need to return it, please contact our customer service as well. Once we have received the returned item, we will make the return or change as desired.

MY ORDER WAS NOT ACCEPTED. WHY?
Please check your payment method. If you pay for example using a credit card, check that all data match the details on the card.
